Jennifer and her husband have built a beautiful horse facility, open to the equine public. The services offered include: boarding, training and lessons in basic English / Dressage, and rehabilitation / lay-up services (veterinary directed). Jennifer is pleased to offer her equine sports massage therapy for your equine athlete at your location. References are available upon request. Bittersweet Farm is available to host riding clinics and educational seminars.

As a long time horse owner and dressage rider, Jennifer is motivated to learn as much as she can about horses of all disciplines. For several years she has been working toward a goal pertaining to the care and well-being of horses. As a certified and licensed veterinary technician, Jennifer has had the privilege to work in a mixed animal practice and a veterinary medical teaching hospital. Both experiences have given her a desire to continue in the care of horses and educating the public.

The Bittersweet Farm Team

The farm staff is part of our farm family. We have 3 to 4 part-time persons who are highly dependable and knowledgeable of horses. We have very low turnover with farm help. Pat Heidl has been with the farm for over six years, Jody Davis for two years, Jenny and Brittany Clark for one year, and Jessica Pernstiener (when she comes home to Oshkosh) for over six years. We could not do it without their great support, knowledge and love of horses.
